Shipping policy




Please allow 1-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order. We currently ship anywhere within Canada. Shipping costs are paid by the purchaser.

 

In Store Pick Up

Customers may choose to pick up orders in store at no extra charge. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to prepare an order for pick up. 

When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification. Photo ID is required to complete the pickup. If someone else will be picking up the order, we must be informed by email prior to pick up. The email must contain the order number and the full name of the person picking up. The person picking up must provide photo ID or the order will not be released. Our email is invasion.cnc@gmail.com. For orders over $200, we require the person picking up the order to be the one who purchased it.

 

Pre-Orders

Items labelled pre-order will usually be shipped on the date specified by the manufacturer, as noted in the item listing.

Release dates are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as distribution or manufacturing issues; as such, no pre-order shipping dates are guaranteed.

Orders that contain pre-ordered items will be held for shipping until all items are available to ship. If in-stock items are required at an earlier date, please purchase pre-order items as a separate order. Pre-order cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Special Orders cannot be cancelled by the purchaser.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship certain items such as aerosols and plastic/super glues; these items can be ordered for store pick up only. Shipping restrictions will be mentioned in the product description.

 

Purchasing Limits/Order Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or restrict quantities and/or cancel orders at any time, for any reason; an explanation may or may not be provided. In such situations, a full refund will be issued.



AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON OUR SITE AND THIS PAGE.

  • Invasion Inc. is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered. If you are concerned about theft/porch pirates please request card for pickup or signature drop in the checkout notes
  • All Standard Tracked Packages will come with up to $100 insurance. If you require more please leave a note at checkout and shipping will be adjusted for you. 
  • Shipping with the bubble mail option does NOT include tracking or insurance. Invasion Inc. is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that were shipped through this method.
  • All packages shipped from Invasion that receive free shipping will be sent as Standard Tracked Packages. That includes a tracking number and up to $100 insurance. If you require more insurance or any other changes please leave a note at checkout. 
  • Small Tears, Scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap is completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors and we are in excellent standing with the parent companies of all Trading Card Games we carry.
  • If an order is shipped to a 3rd party company, freight forwarder or similar, Invasion Inc. assumes no responsibility for any damages or issues that may arise from their services.
  • Invasion Inc. is not responsible for any customs, duties or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services. This will not qualify an order for compensation as this is out of our control and not a decision of ours.
  • Invasion Inc. is not responsible for customers entering incorrect/incomplete addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided to us - we assume no responsibility for the loss incurred.
